Dear colleagues and friends,

It is my great pleasure and honor to invite You to participate on the Serbian Radiation Oncology Congress (SROC) held in City of Novi Sad, Serbia.

Fast development and innovations in the field of radiation oncology imposes the need to hold one such gathering in our Region. This event is organized by the Oncology Institute of Vojvodina (OIV) and will be supported by the the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and City of Novi Sad.

The goals of meeting is to improve knowledge, radiation oncology skills but also to socialize and know each other better. Therefore, our activities are focused on professional development and affirmation of Radiation Oncology in Serbia through the international cooperation with special attention that is given to the cooperation of Radiation oncologists and Radiation technitians in the region. At the Congress we will be honored to hear the presentations of some of the worldwide famous experts in the field, which ensures the highest level of quality of the forthcoming meeting.

Abstract

Abstract submission guidelines

Organizing and Scientific Committees kindly invite participants to submit their abstracts for poster presentation but not later than October 15th, 2018. Authors have to fill in the Abstract Submission Form and to state the Topic in which they would like to present their abstracts. Corresponding author must be registered participant.
All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters and the best one will be awarded.

Abstracts should contain the following: Title, Author, Institution, Contact e-mail address / Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Conclusion, Keywords, up to 250 caracters

All authors will receive information about abstract acceptance. Only selected abstracts will be presented at Congress.

Master Congress Center, Novi Sad Fair

The Congress Centre is a new prestigious venue which makes it possible for the Novi Sad Fair to professionally organise different congresses, conferences, symposia, seminars, promotions, presentations, corporate events, fashion shows and similar gatherings. Business people can obtain services which meet the standards of European congress centres, all at one place.

The large congress hall and six smaller ones, with state-of-the-art equipment, cover an area of 2,700 m2 and can be joined into one hall for the purpose of bigger events.

On 17th of November Congress will take place at the Master Congress Center, and on 18th of November all activities of the Congress will take place at Oncology institute of Vojvodina.
